Under TRWD's current rules (a General Ordinance adopted December 2025 and permit guidelines effective February 5, 2026), excavating, filling, clearing, or building on District land takes a written permit, and District land includes the flowage easements along the shore up to elevation 325 feet, or 330 where TRWD's easement runs higher. That can include a low lot well back from the water. Fees, approved seawall materials and the timeline are in Cedar Creek Lake shoreline permits. We coordinate with the district before bidding shoreline work so the plan complies from the start.
