East Texas
Rains is small and rural, Emory is the county seat, and most of the work centers on Lake Fork, which means lakefront residential and a lot of pond and land-clearing for hunting and cabin sites. There's less regulation than the bigger counties and more attention to access roads and equipment haul distance, since many tracts sit at the end of a long two-track.
