Clay is about moisture and compaction. We strip the organics, control the clay's moisture, compact fill in lifts, and proof-roll to spec, then grade drainage so water never sits against the slab. Most slab cracks trace back to a pad that wasn't prepped for shrink-swell clay.

Yes, residential building pads and commercial sites both, including the engineered compaction, grade tolerances, and stormwater controls regulated markets like Tyler require. We plan the paperwork and the dirt together.
