Why it happens in East Texas
Old structures rarely come down clean on their own, farm buildings hide rotten timber and buried debris, and slab-on-clay foundations in the western counties crack, lift, and break out heavy. Left in place, an old foundation or buried debris surfaces later and gets in the way of whatever you want to build.

We confirm utility disconnects, bring the structure down, and break out the foundation, then sort and haul the debris and grade the footprint back to clean, usable ground. Where a new build is coming, the demolition flows straight into pad prep so the site doesn't sit half-finished.
