Land Clearing
Done Right. First Time.
Cedar, hardwood, thick East Texas brush — we've cleared it all. From home sites in Rockwall County to ranch land in Van Zandt, we get it done fast and leave it build-ready.

What We Do
From Cedar Thicket to Build-Ready in Days
East Texas land grows back fast and thick. We've cleared single-acre home sites outside Forney and five-hundred-acre ranches out in Rains County — everything in between. Cedar, post oak, hardwood, thick underbrush — we move through it efficiently and leave the site at grade, ready for whatever comes next.
- Trees, stumps, brush, and underbrush cleared completely
- Tracked equipment to keep soil compaction to a minimum
- Debris hauled off, chipped in place, or piled for burning — you decide
- Site left at rough grade, ready for fencing, building, or seeding

What Affects the Price
Every job is different. Here's what we look at when we put together your estimate — so there are no surprises on job day.
Total acreage being cleared — biggest single factor
Tree density and species: cedar clears faster than hardwood
Stump count and average trunk diameter for grinding
Brush thickness and depth of underbrush across the property
Debris handling: burn pile, chip on-site, or full haul-off
Ground conditions and equipment access across the acreage
We don't quote over the phone. Every estimate is done on-site because that's the only way to give you a number you can count on. No ballparks, no surprises.
Our Process
How We Approach
Land Clearing
Walk It Before We Touch It
We walk every acre before any equipment rolls. Flag the trees you want to keep, talk through debris options, check ground conditions and equipment access. East Texas land varies a lot — a good walk prevents costly mistakes.

Clear, Grind & Move Through
Trees felled, brush mulched, stumps ground. We work edge-to-center so there's always somewhere for debris to go — no pile-up, no backtracking. Cedar comes out differently than hardwood and we work both regularly throughout Hunt and Rains counties.

Leave It Ready for What's Next
Property left at rough grade with your choice of debris handling — hauled off, chipped in place, or piled for burning where your county allows it. Site is ready for fencing, a building pad, food plots, or seed.

We can include stump grinding in the clearing quote or price it separately — depends on stump count and size. We walk the property and break it down clearly so you know what you're paying for.
