Demolition FAQ

What people ask before they hire us for demolition. If yours isn't here, call or fill out the form, we'll answer it.

Q01What kinds of structures do you demolish around East Texas?
Houses, barns, garages, sheds, storage buildings, concrete slabs, old driveways, metal buildings, we do all of it. We work throughout Kaufman, Smith, Van Zandt, and Henderson counties regularly. We don't take on multi-story commercial structures.
Q02Do you test for asbestos or lead paint before demolition?
We don't perform hazmat abatement, that requires a licensed specialist. If your structure was built before 1980, we strongly recommend getting an inspection done before we start. We can point you in the right direction.
Q03How fast can you tear down and haul off a single-story house?
A typical wood-frame home takes 1–2 days to tear down and haul off. Add another half to full day if there's a concrete slab to break out. Barns and metal buildings usually go faster depending on size.
Q04Where does all the debris go, is it just dumped somewhere?
No. Everything goes to a licensed landfill or a certified recycling facility. Concrete and metal get recycled where possible. You get full documentation if you need it for permitting or property records.
